Trumps Alto Ego Spa occupies the ground floor of a Heritage Listed building in Sydney City and the decor combines original features into the new experience.The premises were officially opened by Sydney City Councillor, Phillip Black who spoke about the commercial invigoration we achieved whilst maintaining heritage sensibilities. He also congratulated Alto Ego owner Nella on her latest awards - Best and Most Outstanding Hair Salon in the City of Sydney and her nomination as a Finalist in the Global Industry Awards in both Hollywood and Barcelona. 'This is the second salon I have created with Nella. The first, in York House on George St. Sydney was a very neutral palette with sepia water wash murals depicting classical Greek Godesses and Gods. For Alto Ego, I worked to invoke the mystique of the Harem and of the Turkish Bath. Employing classic Shanasheel design in contempory materials alongside dramatic black and gold leaf gilded walls , Bizazza mosaic tiles, movable privacy screens for luxury  clientele , with Nellas love of all things Swaroski lighting the Salon.
